Procedure for Changing LLP Agreement

3 working days for making changes
For making changes in LLP agreement, partners are required to pass resolution. In case of increase in capital contribution, additional fees for the increased capital have to be paid to registrar.

4 working days for filling Form-3
The changes in LLP agreement must be initiated by Filling Form 3 with the registrar. Form 3 can be filled within 30 days of the passing of the resolution.
