Producer Company Registration Process

5 Working Days for Digital Signature Certificate ( DSC)
For registration a producer company there is requirement to apply for DSC by at least 5 directors. For this purpose required document is required to be submitted to our representatives.

7 Working Days for SPICe and MOA and AOA
After applying for the DSC, the next step is preparation of e SPICe i.e. INC-32 documents along with drafting of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) for the registration with ROC.

10 to 15 Working Days for approving documents with ROC
The process of sanction of document may take 10-15 days Depending on the workload of the ROC, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Account Number (TAN) can be apply after receiving the Certificate of Incorporation which are necessary for opening a bank account in the name of the business.
