Procedure for Changing Name & Objectives
4 working days for completion of paperwork
For making changes in name and objects of the company, it is required to pass a board resolution for approving the same. For getting approval from ROC, it is required to submit some documents. We will assist you in completion of your paperwork.
15 working days for filling necessary forms
After filling necessary documents with registrar for making changes in name and objects of company , some other documents are required such as projected turnover details for a period of three years and declaration which specify that within six months of change , company will commence business as specified in object clause.
